Georgian Stan specializes in litigation, in particular concerning the asylum rights of foreigners. He has extensive experience in this field, having worked for 6 years in a central structure of the General Inspectorate for Immigration. During this period, he was also posted several times within the Frontex Agency, carrying out activities in the field of migration and asylum, outside the Romanian borders.
He also provides legal assistance to clients in the field of migration and asylum, in connection with labor law, administrative law, civil law and constitutional law.
Georgian Stan graduated in 2015 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Craiova and the Faculty of Police at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy In 2017 he obtained a master’s degree (administrative law) from the Police Academy “Alexandru Ioan Cuza”. In parallel with his work as a lawyer, Georgian Stan is also a doctoral student at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, and his research topic belongs to constitutional law. In the same higher education institution he is also an associate lecturer in two subjects – constitutional law and business law.
